A first birthday / cake smash / family session combined – lots of smiles and fun, even though birthday boy was a little skeptical about the cup cake at first. The Foothills are gorgeous any time of year and I really like spring and early summer sessions when the grass is still green and the flowers are still blooming. The city always makes for a great background too, of course. It was pretty windy and the sun was hiding behind clouds, but the boys were happy and smiling most of the time nevertheless. So glad I get to do their photos every year and see them grow!
