I loved photographing this family in their backyard – even Tally the dog joined for a few images. Mom wished for lots of candid pictures and that’s what we got!

Having grandpa in town is always a good reason to get family photos done. And it’s only two short months until Christmas, so fall is the perfect time to think about those Christmas Cards. These guys have it covered – I just loved the light that day and the view from their backyard!

The weather wasn’t my best friend this fall and we almost had to reschedule this session due to rain in the forecast. We decided to go through with it in the end and I’m glad we did – the fall colors were just gorgeous and the little rain we encountered at the top of the hill...
