Who would have known March evening light can be so pretty? We got really lucky with the weather that day: the only sunny evening in a row of cloudy and rainy days. I love the diversity of the Foothills, especially with active kids – in between photos they can run and get their energy out.
But even for those who won’t climb the hills it’s the perfect location. Grandma had had knee surgery recently and wasn’t able to walk far distances. No problem, we made the area right around the parking lot look good for the extended family photos.
